The Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan, TD has today published the final report of the Economic Impact Assessment of Section 481, Film Relief. The report supports the Budget announcements regarding the extension of the relief to 2020 and the reform of the delivery mechanism for the scheme by moving to a tax credit model from 2016 onwards.
