The Department wishes to put on record that it has fully cooperated with the IBRC Commission of Investigation and continues to do so. The IBRC Commission of Investigation has acknowledged this as recently as last Friday in a meeting with officials from the Department. Core documents held by the Department which have been requested by the IBRC Commission of Investigation have been sent to the IBRC Commission of Investigation. This exercise is ongoing and is expected to be fully completed by this Friday. For the avoidance of doubt no redactions have been made to any documents provided by the Department to the IBRC Commission of Investigation.
